We are looking for a well organised, systems-minded individual who can lead the operational aspects of Saint Thomas’ in order to help the church fulfil it’s vision and mission. Our operations and finance manager will provide expertise and oversight of all our facilities, systems and finances, working closely with the Lead Pastors to facilitate and shape the growing ministry at Saint Thomas. We are looking for an energetic and inspirational person to nurture the growing number of children at Saint Thomas Church, and to connect with children and families in the local area. This will be someone who is a whole hearted follower of Jesus, loves children, and is a natural connector with people. They will be able to think strategically and creatively about reaching out to those in and around the church. This is an exciting opportunity for a team player who brings life and energy into the room and carries an ability to forge relationships, building trust and respect.

We are looking for a Creative Media and Communications Lead with a heart to communicate Saint Thomas’ vision, ministries and events through innovative, consistent and engaging digital content across a multitude of platforms. This is an exciting new role where you will be responsible for all aspects of Saint Thomas’ digital content and design strategy, both generating and implementing ideas. You would use your creative talents to engage both our current church family and the wider community. Through effective communication, graphic design, video production and digital strategy, you would connect with a variety of audiences and beneficiaries, to build God’s Kingdom, tell stories of transformation, and invite people to join in with God is doing in Saint Thomas and Swansea. We’re looking for a creative, dynamic, proactive self-starter.

We are looking for a prayerful and musically gifted individual to hold responsibility for the worship provision at Saint Thomas on Sundays, throughout the week and for seasonal events. This is a new role building on the great work of volunteers. They will coordinate bands and musicians, curate set lists and nurture a reverent and creative culture across the worship team and the wider church, helping people encounter Jesus.
